CNBC - Cramer's Mad Money

  1. Noone's advice is as sane as your own. Do your own research, listening to these schmucks will only get you killed.

Actually I think that Morgan ruling will get overturned on appeal. The judge was very unfair and this is a STATE judge. Mostly not very bright people.

    IMHO

  4. He also said buy AAPL and RIMM ahead of earnings lol, he said to sell eln @ 3 and 6...wrong! AGAIN!!

  6. End of the trading day 5/13 most commodity stocks gave buy signals confirmed w/ MACD convergence i.e PD, N etc...
Short term the group is slightly bullish on technicals..
However I would not take any overnights at this point, will trade on daily basis wrt to the trend..

  7. cramer has free access today. this letter to his aa clients gives a good picture of his style. buy a slight pullback off a high and then keep averaging down.

Cabela's (CAB:NYSE - commentary - research) hit another fresh 52-week low this morning, and I'm going to pick at the stock with a purchase of 300 shares after you read this.

At $18.59 a share, the retailer is 20% below my cost basis and trades for less than 15 times expected 2006 earnings. Cabela's remains on track to open four new megastores this year, and I believe it can take market share in the growing but fragmented outdoor sporting goods market. With that in mind, I believe Cabela's can recover into the low $20s by the end of the summer.

Cramer's Annualized return in his Actions Alert Portolio is
about 3.25%. This is from Jan 1 2002 to the present - about
    3-1/4 years.

    Dow same period +1.08% annualized
    SP500..............+0.82%
    Nas100.............+0.71%

So, he is beating the market averages, but only marginally.

He does seem to about face on quite a bit rather quickly.. he was screaming to buy Exxon only a few weeks ago when it was 10bucks higher.

Tyco??? He loved. "This stock drops whenever Kozlowski testifies...he has nothing to do with the co. anymore...I want you to buy ( $ 5 bucks ago)....

What about SIRI...........I want you out of SIRI and into XMSR..about 15% ago on SIRI.........

Basically, he's no better than the rest........just louder....all he does is remind people that he made $700 million way back when...

I guess it's a case of "What have you done for me lately"

What good is the low 20's?

He was recommending it in the low 20s.

And IF it gets back there by the end of summer, we're supposed to be grateful for this advice? Where's the value in that?

  10. I just cannot stomach this guy. I watched for 5 minutes and I'm about the puke. They just flashed to Paris Hilton so it saved me until I could turn the channel.
