CNBC contest rule question???

we can buy monday but get the closing price of the stock on monday? you cannoy buy and sell the same stock on the same day?if we buy on monday,we could sell the next day and get the next days closing price?
each stock cannot be more than 25% of our portfolio at any given time?

cheaters always ruin it by using programs to make 1000's of accounts and such
