CMG

  1. To rehash a PM I just sent, once it's rumor, twice is intrigue, three times is fact. Like reactors in Fukushima, this problem is systemic.

    Damn.
Check this out. This is the website from which the original news stemmed.
    These can't be all fake.
If they are, somebody's going to prison.
If they're not...CMG is done for.

  3. Hmm...there's a distressing similarity in punctuation and usage on a lot of those reports. I mean, it's better than what you'd expect in a sampling of internet users generally...even in a professional setting. I'd discount some of them certainly. Has this been sourced otherwise? The cited source doesn't scream independent and unbiased in it's name. In fact, it really doesn't strike me as a site that would be something someone would go to before deciding where to eat. Point being, CMG saw fit to react to this, and news media is reporting only that they decided to close the store. I don't see where news organizations have verified underlying reports independently. That said, I haven't dug that deep, but nor have I seen this reported in outfits with particularly stringent sourcing criteria.

Doesn't change my sentiment, only my timeline.

Yeah it was Business Insider that reported it initially. Apparently they monitor that website. http://www.businessinsider.com/chipotle-closes-restaurant-where-customers-got-sick-2017-7
Several of the other people that are posting there (from other cities) claim to have went to the doctor *before* this news broke. So that can be verified. Not good for CMG I'll say that.

Wonder what they're saying on Reddit? Where's Pekelo. (I can never figure out how to use that site :D)

  8. Lets see. I can pay ten bucks for a "healthy burrito" or four bucks at the local taco and burrito stand. Either way I risk a case of the trots. What I'm gonna do? I went there once years ago. Saw it for the scam it was and never went back. It's a ten dollar stock. Of course I went to the scam known as Starbucks years ago and shorted it. Got killed, so what the hell do I know.
