Looks like CME waived Globex and clearing fees for Emini Midcap 400 (EMD). How does your broker handle this? How much money does a customer save for each EMD contract? Thanks for sharing.

  2. Its up to your broker if they pass this on to you or not, you will have to speak to them.

I think IB charge roughly 90 cents on top of the exchange fees (less if you do high volume, starting at more than 300 contracts a month). If IB were passing this on and you were a customer you would probably need to be on their unbundled tarrif to get the benefit.

  3. The CME fee on emini equity contracts is $1.14 a side. To be able to benefit from the fee waiver you have to be on a commission plus exchanges fees basis. At IB it would be the unbundled basis.
