It used to be ER2, then ICE won the contract so it moved there as TF. Now it appears CME won the contract so it's moving back. IMO, it's better on ICE (even with the increased data costs) because it's less prone to arbitrage garbage as a result of being inter-exchange. Once it moves to CME prepare for the action to change and probably not for the better.
