CME E-mini SP Mid Cap 400 - Retaliation?

    I see that this emini is now being traded, but not with much volume, yet. Is this CME's answer to the loss of the emini Russell contract? What is it's future?

    From what I've read and heard through the grapevine, this is a possible answer to the ER2 moving. Who knows if/when it will happen.
