Sorry headline wrong, actually $16 billion

  3. This leads perfectly into a Biden socialistic agenda.....no competition, higher costs, etc.
Soon there will be only one insurance company in the USA.
By 2024, it will be too late to reverse this trend.

curious if it is possible to buy the exclusive rights of a product from the current listing exchange. ie., buy the cboe vix product and have it trade on the cme. An exchange itself is just a software program so not sure what exchanges really offer; the users and liquidity are the product

The CBOE is more than a software program. They have exclusive rights to trade the VIX and SPX options. I would assume as you ask, it would include exclusive rights to these products.

I think you are right, but a user/liscense fee will be required.LOL . I wish it were that simple==an exchange is just a software program. IF that were true, most all the chicago exchanges + NYSE would have moved to FLA\low tax rate , long ago.
