I have not traded positions of size with CMC Markets spot currency for some time, intentionally... but have maintained an account with them for observation and other undisclosed purposes. Although I have found them to honor orders placed, they consistently have had major "outage problems" with their MarketMaker electronic trading system during high market volatility. These problems have occurred so frequently and blatantly recently, I am only left to conclude that is one of their primary "risk management" tools... Consequently, I have found no further use for their services. The last time I checked it is 2006 not 1986.
