Hi, just wanted to verify a volume spike on 11/13/07 at 16:24. Probably just a data problem. Looks like massive volume, but no price change. I don't trade futures, so please excuse my naive question, but can institutions do block trades with each other for massive size but still report it to the tape as in equities?
