Today I saw several large insider sales stream across my newswire for CLU, insiders selling over 14 million shares @ 13.00. So I looked them up and saw that they just IPO'd last Friday. Price never hit 13.00 on the open market, so I'm curious how this was done and if it's common practice. Doesn't seem like a real vote of confidence...
