Hi: I trade a commodity some days ago and the broker (full service broker) ask me permission to exit the position with a loss (US$200.00). I reply by em-mail and tell him to close the position when the loss reach US$250.00 during the day and the next day I will give new instruction. For my surprise he close the position in US$212.50. I ask him why he close the position. He reply me because it is a spread trade and he can not follow my instruction. Now the comomodity is taking a reversal movement. I want to know if anybody can provide me assistance and and tell me if there are any site in internet who defend the position of the clients. I appreciate the help of anybody.
