This idea that screening is an effective tool is insane, and I can demonstrate it easily.

The incubation period for ebola is up to 21 days apparently. Someone could be infected but not showing any symptoms, hop on a plane and waltz in here. Couple of weeks later they get sick and expose dozens or hundreds of people before they go to the hospital, where they of course expose hapless ER workers and perhaps EMTs who transported them.
