"We are at a point where I think the jury is still out," Panetta said. "For the first four years, and the time I spent there, I thought he was a strong leader on security issues ... But these last two years I think he kind of lost his way. You know, it's been a mixed message, a little ambivalence in trying to approach these issues and try to clarify what the role of this country is all about.”

"He may have found himself again with regards to this ISIS crisis. I hope that's the case,” he continued. “And if he's willing to roll up his sleeves and engage with Congress in taking on some of these other issues, as I said I think he can establish a very strong legacy as president. I think these next two-and-a-half years will tell us an awful lot about what history has to say about the Obama administration."

US Representative Duncan Hunter (R-CA) reported that Border Patrol agents told him that ten ISIS fighters were caught trying to cross the southern border on Tuesday’s “On the Record” on the Fox News Channel.
“ISIS is coming across the southern border” he said. And “at least ten ISIS fighters have been caught coming across the Mexican border in Texas,” knowledge he stated was from his conversations with Border Patrol agents.

He added that “if they [the Border Patrol] catch five or ten of them, then you know there’s going to be dozens more that did not get caught by the Border Patrol.”

Hunter further declared “if you want to protect Americans from ISIS, you secure them from the southern border…the only way that ISIS is going to harm Americans is by coming in through the southern border, which they already have.”

    http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Govern...rus-D68-Growing-As-Kinds-Become-Paralyzed-Die

Parents across the country are experiencing a new level of fear for the health of their children as Enterovirus D68, the so-called "Mystery Illness," spreads causing paralysis and even death in kids.

The "Mystery Illness" has sent hundreds of children to hospitals from coast to coast, spreading to nearly every state and identified as the cause for at least four deaths. Some researchers are already calling this outbreak the Polio for our era.

The Centers for Disease Control have identified 594 cases in 43 states and the District of Columbia since August, but authorities say there are likely many more cases that have not been diagnosed. The virus is especially sneaky because it presents as a cold or the flu.

But the worst cases develop from a mere runny nose or aches and pains to serious headaches, neck pain, respiratory difficulties and then paralysis in some.

Most alarming to parents is the fact that doctors have no idea why Enterovirus 68 causes paralysis and have no idea how to stop it from doing so.

If someone in my immediate family dies from a disease contracted due to Odumbo's wide open border policies.
I'm going postal. And I won't be targeting innocent women and children either.

This is just about the most insane anti amercan government I could have possibly imagined even after reading 1984 and Brave New World in 7th and 8th grades.

We have kids and people flying around on planes in this country. Those kids go to schools. What is the point of letting people on planes from ebola areas? If it is that important they fly... let them be isolated for 3 weeks first.

LOS ANGELES, California -- On the same day the first Ebola patient diagnosed with the virus in the United States, Thomas Eric Duncan, was pronounced dead in Texas, news broke that an unidentified patient had been admitted to and placed under isolation in a Los Angeles hospital directly after landing at LAX from the West African nation of Liberia. Liberia is also Duncan's country of origin.
The "possible Ebola patient," as the individual was identified in a written statement issued from Centinela Hospital Medical Center in Inglewood, was reportedly admitted to an emergency room in the hospital on Tuesday night, according to local news station KTLA.

The Los Angeles Times had initially reported that eight patients, thus far, had tested negative for Ebola, including the individual that was admitted to the hospital last night. However, a statement from Steve Brand, who is a spokesman for the hospital, revealed that said patient had not yet tested negative for the deadly hemorrhagic disease.

Centinela Hospital is reportedly conducting appropriate tests on the isolated patient and the staff had received the individual in accordance with Centers for Disease Control protocols, the hospital statement said, notes KTLA.

The incubation period for the Ebola virus is anywhere between two and 21 days, which is generally when symptoms for the disease begin to show. The isolated Los Angeles patientwas reportedly not showing symptoms of the virus at the time of his or her arrival; however, it is believed the patient was isolated for safety reasons.

A 3:30 pm conference call with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is expected to shed more light on the developing incident.

HOUSTON, Texas -- A Dallas County Sheriff's Deputy walked into a CareNow clinic in Frisco, Texas on Wednesday afternoon reportedly exhibiting symptoms of Ebola. The officer was one of the responding officers to the apartment of Thomas Eric Duncan, the Liberian man who died from Ebola earlier today, according to Mark Piland, the Frisco Fire Department Chief.

Piland spoke to a crowd at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon. He said the sheriff's deputy was transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas soon after arriving at CareNow.

Duncan flew to the U.S. from Liberia just days before being diagnosed with Ebola. His diagnosis has raised concerns about flights entering the country from West Africa, which remains heavily afflicted by the deadly virus.

GENERAL: US WILL FACE IMMIGRATION STAMPEDE IF EBOLA REACHES CENTRAL AMERICA

On October 7, Marine Corps General John F. Kelly said it will be "Katie bar the door" and "mass immigration into the United States" if Ebola reaches Central America.

Kelly was speaking to the National Defense University in Washington DC.

According to The Weekly Standard, Kelly cited Centers for Disease Control and Prevention numbers predicting "1.4 million people infected with Ebola...by the end of the year...and 62 percent of them dying." He said that if the disease somehow reaches Guatemala, Honduras, or El Salvador, panic will ensue and people will flee those countries for the US.

Said Kelly: "They will run away from Ebola, or if they suspect they are infected, they will try to get to the United States for treatment."

On July 5, Defense One reported Kelly's Congressional testimony about the porous condition of the US southern border and specifically, "the steady flow of illegal drugs, weapons, and people from Central America."

He stressed the need for "more drones, money, and ships" to protect the southern border at that time, and that was before the possibility of an immigration explosion due to Ebola was even imagined.
