  1. He just wants to be Trump's bosom buddy now that Melania can't bring herself to more than just air kiss her repugnant husband.

Both Elon and Donald got herr-plugs when younger due to balding. I'm no endocrinology expert but I don't think such naturally high testosterone and that much visceral fat is good for you.

In the last week I have started mixing vitamin C, Magnesium citrate, a spoon of vinegar and chia seeds. I add the vinegar at the last minute after the others have had time soak into the chia, which forms a gel in a couple of hours. Can leave overnight.

It seems to be helping, not sure yet but digestion is better. I had been taking Metformin to deal with diabetic issues from long Covid but I'm feeling confident that the vinegar will now do as good a job.

I actually look forward to drinking this. Refreshing frog spawn perhaps but actually a nice texture to swallow.

Had a thought today about the chia drink and it works. The cider vinegar* leaves long after taste. Instead of mixing it, I just gently poured a spoon on top. Then the chia gel in the bottom of the glass washes it down.

*From what I read any vinegar will do to improve insulin resistance as long as its not mixed with sugar.

Try NAC for brain fog or acetyl L-carnitine for fatigue.

I tried NAC when I got covid but we didn't know what it was at the time (saw doctor mid Jan 2020 when I started coughing up blood/pink phlegm) and found it gave me a mild but noticeable anafalactic reaction. Not a happy bunny feeling suffocating and then actually suffocating :) I was lucky we happen to own an oxygen concentrator.

The main issue I had was pre-diabetes connected symptoms, irritable from systemic inflammation from Covid nibbling my pancreas.

Actually, just reading up and a curiosity about NAC.

"Interestingly, the incidence of anaphylactoid reactions to NAC is higher in patients with lower acetaminophen levels. One study found that patients with undetectable acetaminophen concentrations had a 25.9% reaction rate, compared to 6.3% in those with levels above 1.5 mmol/L. This inverse relationship may be due to acetaminophen's ability to decrease histamine release from mast cells and mononuclear cells proportionate to the dose ingested."
