  1. More likely he'll just pardon Hellary's crimes.

I suspect that he will not pardon Hillary Clinton. It would be an admission of her guilt and show that he campaigned for her strongly and would taint his so called legacy. As for her, if she accepted the pardon, she would be admitting guilt. No-- I much rather believe that she will think that she can skirt and avoid prosecution. After all, she has been very successful in that before. --No pardon coming for her (could be though for underlings).

  3. She righteously deserves to have Trump "throw the book at her". Needed to refute the notion that "certain people are special and above the law".

If she is allowed to get away with egregious crimes, why should the rest of us bother with the "rule of law"?

  5. Trump did promise that if elected, Hillary will go to jail.
Trump has to keep HIS promise.
Zero escuses : he has the Senate, the House and the Supreme court.
Will Trump keep his promise or was he just promising to get people to vote for him?
And now he is elected, the promises are forgotten?

The mandate was not the presidential election, but the Republican majorities across the country, larger than any since 1922.
