Solar intensity and earth temps are a near perfect correlation going back hundreds of years. No you sir are the idiot brainwashed sheep

  5. And yet now there is a disconnect. Know why idiot?

And actually the correlation is better with CO2 levels, without which the swings would not be nearly as great. The CO2 levels have a greater effect than the solar intensity, which causes the CO2 levels to change by nudging temps.

    You're hopeless...

Think about how stupid you sound. How do you explain those charts? Solar intensity is a near perfect correlation with earth temperature? Does that not tell you something??? Do you honestly think CO2 leads solar intensity? That somehow the carbon dioxide on earth TELLS THE SUN when to burn hotter or colder? Are you braindead?

    It's the sun...
"The data suggests solar activity is influencing the global climate causing the world to get warmer."

"Over the last 35 years the sun has shown a slight cooling trend. However global temperatures have been increasing. Since the sun and climate are going in opposite directions scientists conclude the sun cannot be the cause of recent global warming.

The only way to blame the sun for the current rise in temperatures is by cherry picking the data. This is done by showing only past periods when sun and climate move together and ignoring the last few decades when the two are moving in opposite directions."

  9. I don't expect you to understand but....

Yes, Malinkovitch cycles (solar intensity) initiate changes in the earth's temps, but the feedback effect of the resulting changes in CO2 levels from these initial small temp changes due to solar change is responsible for most of the extreme swings in temps seen over the ice age cycles.

Without the CO2 feedback effect the large swings seen here would not be seen. So ultimately CO2 has greater control of the temps than solar does.

"Water vapor and clouds are the major contributors to Earth's greenhouse effect, but a new atmosphere-ocean climate modeling study shows that the planet's temperature ultimately depends on the atmospheric level of carbon dioxide.

A companion study led by GISS co-author Gavin Schmidt that has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Geophysical Research shows that carbon dioxide accounts for about 20 percent of the greenhouse effect, water vapor and clouds together account for 75 percent, and minor gases and aerosols make up the remaining five percent. However, it is the 25 percent non-condensing greenhouse gas component, which includes carbon dioxide, that is the key factor in sustaining Earth’s greenhouse effect. By this accounting, carbon dioxide is responsible for 80 percent of the radiative forcing that sustains the Earth’s greenhouse effect."

your 11 year average is the cherry picked to mislead. temperature over land has gone down since 2001. Your 11 year average hides the decline.
