  3. Mann's hockey stick is obviously wrong.

I'm not going to wait for the climate change grifter crowd to admit they were wrong and issue some tearful apology. They will never admit they were wrong. They want continued funding.

Ooh argument from authority! Good way to mix it up from the ad hominems!

  4. LOLs, I sense some butthurt :D

First of all, it's always preferable to cite peer reviewed papers as opposed to random blog posts and reddit musings. Even though a big portion of published papers is flawed (more in some fields and less in other), the adversarial nature of the publication process makes them more reliable. It's the reality of the world and that's how science works.

Second of all, it's totally fine to reference opponent's demonstrated ignorance and ineptitude on other, simpler topics. Even if it makes it a personal attack. The idea is that someone who can't walk (i.e. simpler reasoning) would not be able to run (deal with more complicated topics).

Anecdotal evidence. I did a year in London while in college and as a habitual nose picker I produced the blackest boogers imaginable. Probably not good for the planet. Tasted the same

You obviously have way too much time on your hands.

Indeed, I am happily retired. Retire as soon as you find it possible. You'll never regret it and will soon discover that you pick up the necessary skills rather easily. In fact, in seemingly no time at all you'll find you've become an expert at it.

I am retired, other than "working" for myself trading for chit and giggles.

As for expert status, I'll live that to you.

Thanks. You might appreciate this. Its a nice review of the chaos that's resulted from attempts to unravel the apparently unravelable: https://scienceofclimatechange.org/wp-content/uploads/Clark-2024-Nobel-Prize-Errors.pdf

This quote below, from page 15, will give you hint of the fun that awaits.

" At a lapse rate of -6.5 °C km-1, an increase in temperature of +0.08 °C is produced by a decrease in altitude near 12 meters.
This is equivalent to riding an elevator down 4 floors."

While I appreciate Greta Thunberg's gung-ho-ness, I do hope see is not able to get her hands on an AR15.
