I'm not sure the facts are relevant with the current administration and political environment.

Yes. And that is sad for all of us.

  4. You can't read a scientific journal can you? The implication of this paper is that CO2 can be balanced by a reduction in water vapor pressure - that also implies a drier planet, a desert.

"“they [believe] it can be it can be permanently turned up or down. But Miskolczi proved that any imbalance our CO2 emissions caused was effectively countered by about 1 per cent decrease in the water vapor amount, and the system still fluctuates around its theoretical equilibrium value. His calculations on the NASA / NCAR atmospheric database proved that the Earth's greenhouse effect does not show any steady increase, regardless of our CO2 emissions.” "

Although I would not put too much weight in one paper published in the Quarterly Journal of the Hungarian Meteorological Society.

Like Al Gore you find catastrophe in any balanced mechanism. Why don't you read some papers about what the planet was like when CO2 levels were much higher. Today CO2 is a trace gas in our atmosphere. Yet higher CO2 levels mean better crop yields.

Cap and Tax is about the worst policy our government could pursue. How about promoting some off shore drilling and Anwar to help get us off foreign oil that we are going to be using for decades to come.
