5. big cuts in things like NASA, medicaid, DOE...
6. QE chugging along at $90B a month

Interesting that nobody blinked yet, there will not be enough time after christmas.

In my opinion the dollar impact is overblown, but perceptions will rule. The market volatility should be good since nobody will know the exact impact, and then if they fix it quick we'll get 400 pts up in the dow.
