Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility

  1. Long read but interesting information.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

It is understandable that after such an apparently definitive statement most news outlets, whether conservative or liberal, would accept this as sufficient grounds to relegate the controversy to the status of a fringe phenomenon. Unless they happened to take the trouble to look into the “state policies and procedures” as laid down by the relevant statutes. If they had done so, they would have seen that Dr. Fukino’s press release was carefully hedged and “lawyered” and practically worthless. But the media in general should not be faulted. The statement seems to roll out with such bureaucratic certainty and final authority. I believed it to be significant until a Honolulu attorney mailed me the relevant statutes. I was so surprised that I laughed out loud.
  2. You people keep saying he refuses to release his long form birth certificate,HAWAII DOES NOT ISSUE THOSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When a request is made for a copy of a birth certificate, the DOH issues a Certification of Live Birth.

Although original birth certificates (Certificates of Live Birth) are preferred for their greater detail, the State Department of Health (DOH) no longer issues Certificates of Live Birth.

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands accepts both Certificates of Live Birth (original birth certificate) and Certifications of Live Birth because they are official government records documenting an individual’s birth.

"However, it appears Congress has moved on and has accepted Obama's island birthplace. The U.S. House on Monday unanimously approved a resolution recognizing and celebrating the 50th anniversary of Hawaii becoming the 50th state. A clause was included that reads: "Whereas the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961."
  4. How does Obama explain the birth certificate from Kenya.
  5. Please post a legitimate source of the Kenyan Government saying they have Obama's Kenyan birth certificate stating he was born in Kenya
  6. Here is an article I just came across about the Hawaiian long form certificate that the Dr Finkino claims to have.

    Let's see it.

Images of two 1961 Hawaii birth certificates similar to the one President Obama purportedly has on file have now been unveiled.

The Honolulu Advertiser published photostats of the original long-form birth certificates of twin daughters born to Eleanor Nordyke at Kapi'olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital Aug. 5, 1961, one day after Obama was supposedly born at the same facility.

The Nordykes' certificates include information missing from the short-form document for Obama published online, including the name of the hospital, the name of the attending physician, name and address of the parents, the race of the parents and the race of the baby.
  7. That was issued in 1966,they stopped issuing them in 2001

Post a long form Birth certificate that was issued in 2008-2009

"Klein wrote in an e-mail to staffers Thursday that CNN researchers had determined Hawaiian officials discarded paper birth documents in 2001. Thus, he said, Obama's long-form birth certificate no longer exists, and a shorter certificate that is public is the official record."
  8. Plus if you notice on the picture of the long form they use the term Caucasian for the race of the mother. That sort of blows that they would have put the race of his father as African out the window
  9. Blacks were called many things in those days.

The birth certificate you posted was issued in 1966,they stopped issuing them in 2001

Post a long form Birth certificate that was issued in 2008-2009

Post a long form Birth certificate from the 60's where the father was from Africa and it stated something other then African for race

  10. I'm not sure who you refer to as "you people," but it would seem if the halfrican would just release the vaulted original for inspection, this would all go away. Instead, he spends millions and a vast amount of wasted energy to hide not only his original birth certificate, but his school records as well. This only leads to justifiable suspicion to those who are not blind followers. And rightly so.

Therefore, the real question being raised here is not about who or who doesn't believe the copy of a birth certificate is legitimate, but rather what exactly is the halfrican hiding, and why is he hiding it?
