who is hurt by Sterns show being on the air? ive yet to see some scientific study showing a link between children becoming pornstars or having promiscuous sex because of the Stern show.
AAA The interesting thing to me.... HS has been on the CCU networks in some areas for 10 years. This Hogan buffoon shows up in congress to say how indecent the show is today??? Ten years after they willingly sign him to a contract knowing the content of his show. Come on Now!!!! I'm sure CCU had no problem charging advertisers top dollar for spots on the show. Will CCU refund money to the advertisers because of the sudden epiphany, because of the horrible business decisions made in the past. Not a chance. IMO, It's pandering to congress to mitigate the fines. i.e. we're doing everything we can to try and get rid of the evil on the radio. Please have mercy on us. LOL It's all about the $$$$$. This whole HS thing from CCU is an exercise in hypocrisy, nothing more. I agree on the statement that CCU has the right to put programming on their stations as they see fit. I love Howard ....I've been listening to him since he was on W NNNnnn Bbbb CCcccc in NYC......I have to admit that while I love his show when im driving, I know enough not to have it on if my kids are in the car....Its rated X adult entertainment for all intents and purposes...I also find it interesting that he never has his kids on the show and goes to great lengths to protect them....Kind of the hypocrisy that Madonna now displays....she fucked like a dog in heat in every video, did lesbian, group sex, S & M and all the while targeted 12-18 year old girls who are very vulnerable.....so what does she do when she has kids of her own??? Moves to London, writes children's books and admits that she never lets her kids watch TV!!!!!!! When you turn on HS.....you most likely know what you are getting......When you sit down with your kids and watch the super bowl with your son, why would you expect to see crotch grabbing, ass grinding and more importantly, sexual assault??? After all Janet Jackson said it wasn't 'planned"....how come NOBODY is focusing on the bigger issue at hand? The Fact that whether 'acted out' or not, Justin Timberlake just ripped her top off and acted out a sexual assault??????
