DOJ Indicts Trump For Biden’s Possession Of Classified Documents WASHINGTON, DC — After multiple caches of highly classified government documents were found in different locations belonging to President Joe Biden, the United States Department of Justice acted swiftly to indict former President Donald Trump for the alleged crime. "This is a serious violation of federal regulations," Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a press briefing announcing the indictment. "We will take all measures available to the Justice Department to hold Donald Trump accountable for President Biden being found in possession of these documents." "No one is above the law." Sensitive documents related to Ukraine, Iran, and the UK were found in an office used by Biden at the University of Pennsylvania, though investigations as to what Biden was doing for the University were still ongoing. "President Biden played such a vital role here at the University," said school spokesperson Barry Windham. "He was the head of various committees here at the school, including the…the, uh…he... so many things." When news of the indictment broke, Trump was quick to offer his response. "How can they indict me for something Biden did? How does that make any sense?" the former President said in a post to his Truth Social account. "I was in possession of the most beautiful, perfectly filed documents WHICH I DECLASSIFIED MYSELF. This is just another WITCH HUNT! WRONG!" At publishing time, more searches were reportedly already underway at other locations belonging to Biden, including his White House nap room and his Spongebob Squarepants lunchbox, in hopes of gathering more evidence to use against Donald Trump.
Good ol' Hank. Making Joe Biden look brilliant once again. https://www.foxnews.com/video/6318567871112
They both should be fined for holding documents that are deemed classified... this shit happens with eveyr person who leaves offices... I am sure the docs have no value whatsoever. This is not spies stealing papers on undercover CIA agents in Iraq to sell to the other side. trump made it worse for himself by fighting it and lying and what trump naturally does. But this is not a crime of the century and neither trump nor biden were maliciously stealing documents and trying to do something bad with them. Govt generates thousands of pages of shit a day and people take it all for their "library" this really needs to stop being an issue and just let the doj investigate, fine them and move on....we have bigger fish to fry then 2 presidents keeping memories of their time in office (vp for biden)
Dude, this is why we have laws in place. You want to change the laws, work your reps. Otherwise, you're just being a pollyanna.
The Biden stuff is still developing but I highly doubt he will not cooperate like Trump. Trump’s problem is not he had the documents, it’s that he didn’t hand them over and lied to federal investigators.
Having classified documents found in multiple locations is not a good picture for Biden. Especially since they have been stored in these locations for years without any review or search finding them. The entire situation undermines the Justice Department's talking points for legally pursuing Trump for classified documents at Mar-a-Lago -- even though the situations are very different. The discovery of the Biden classified documents will likely undermine the pursuit of charges against Trump for not returning and obstructing the return of classified documents -- because there will be a reduced political will to pursue charges against Trump when he can simply shout witch-hunt and point back to Biden's situation. Trump’s and Biden’s documents scandals are different. That may not matter. Biden’s main problems with mishandling classified documents so far are political, not legal. https://www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-opinion/biden-classified-documents-trump-rcna65531
