2. imagine the frivilous lawsuits if they didn't have those warnings about drinking paint on the cans.

.
NYSE is more like suing someone because they poured coffee down your pants, burned your dick off, and then laughed about it in front of 500 people. (you would have a case)

4. I don't like the bogus opening posts. So many times the posted opening for a stock is not where the opening tick on the chart is. And I'm talking 30-40 cents off and more.

Why does it matter? Because it changes the way the daily candle looks.

I don't like bogus bids and bogus asks either. It's like trying to land an airplane in the fog with zero visibility. You lose, unless you get real lucky.

yeah and how do you like it when these guys penny the stocks- move em in pennies -and they usually lock it down displaying 100x100 shares- when the market is volatile, then gather all the orders while their book is frozen- pretty much- then gap 20-40 cents it to where they can make the most money off the order flow-i've been trading NYSE for less than a month but it makes me so pissed off at the stuff they pull that i am considering becoming one just becuase they seem to make SO much $$$ off of fucking over daytraders....but i don't want to cross over to the darkside- i'm going to study these guys intensely and beat them at their own game- i'm gonna steal from a thief.......can you say CAT this afternoon??

8. Works better for me if I catch the specialist on a ,more or most busy day of the week. Even a sad fill may work out with time.

Of course if your ''whale'' size like George Soros, you might get what was it $150 million settlement????????????????. His Israeli intelligence helped settle that ''bad'' fill.

10. I think one of the hardest thing about getting good fills is something I told Melissa yesterday-'' Usually work about 12 hours a day''

Actually a slow, fill with slippage can mean you read the trend right, and you got in when it's moving the way you figured. Especially if you got 12 hours of bid prices, charts ''in your heart'' to think about.
