morning all - keeping a watch on Earl to see where it will push us - so far does not seem to have much impact
keep in mind that major currencies are losing value today against the dollar, specially the Yen after that meeting yesterday in Japan, (bringing more "liquidity to the market), and the euro is down today against the dollar. I could be wrong, but I am looking for short today, hopefully it could do up to 75.45, will be a good short entry point.
Actually, yen is stronger after the failed intervention. It's up 1/2 a yen since Fri close. Also, EURO seems to be holding it's own as is the Aussie (both down a bit). USDX is only up marginally on the day. I'd like to see the EURO break its hold on 1.27 first, since it has been dancing around that level for a few weeks now.
I am going to be posting my numbers in Market Profile here, and there. I hope they will be helpful. Value Area from Friday is wide (75.45-73.31) which suggest we might be in balance today inside those values. I am personally looking for Opening Range Breakout on the downside at 74.28, which is also a the are of a big strong support for the week. In the upside, I will look an entry point if it hold above 74.72. Good luck to all of you.
