It was a really nice trade, Kid. Yeah, in hindsight, blah, blah, blah, but come on, who saw this coming?

    (sim)

Short .66 stop 5 ticks Target 71.80 or EOD

    Edit :14 stop to be

Edit :19 damn, looking to add at .53 but euro blindsided me. Still looking to add twice if it bounces a bit and ES/EUR bend

Edit :23 offer .47 to add, stop to .60 (+/- be on 2 cars)

Edit :25 if it pulls itself above .38 I might lower offer, if not it's a goner (TICK avg already in neg territory)

Edit :27 filled at .47, stop at .57

Edit :30 EOD, if I had any significant profit, I'd close now (or shadow the ask with the stop-loss), but since it's a mere 5-10 ticks I'm gonna let it be till either it breaks 72.20 to the downside or the ES/TICK/EUR seem ready for a new leg up. Bid 71.85 to exit anyway.

Edit :33 OK, never mind, stopped at be.

Thanks Kid, but it was luck.

    Besides, sim is always different.

Very impressed with your entry at 71.38 :)

I dont know why you watch the S&P tick index. It seems another layer disjointed from the CL. I always thought is was to manipulated of an edge.

I'd say that many traders trade the risk on/off theme and that when CL isn't moving of its own accord (i.e. open/close, making new lows/highs, reacting to reports, etc.) it tends to follow what ES and EUR do (and that after London/Europe's close, EUR tends to follow ES).

But then again you're das Wunderkind and I trade like a scared little girl, so... :D

  9. Hopefully get a dip down tommorow to unload that for a loss. I personally wouldn't be patience with it.
