Where's the ultimate target? My broken crystal ball indicates 69 when all this is said and done.

I am in in a little pullback to 76.30 with stop in 76.10,

 

Out at 76.10 Ouch!!!!

even though we had a bullish eia report on crude, HO is still making new lows and i think that should bring us down a bit
