We are an hour in a half away from opening, but for the record if we open around 75.30 I am going to look for a push up to 75.67 and 75.87, of course this if the Euro permit it. Good luck to all of you.
Talk about a "what the hell" trade. Got my morning tea, saw that news must've hit the wire and CL was crashing, was pissed I didn't get a piece of that move and said "what the hell!"
I am going to wait for the opening. Retails where very disappointed it but I still believe we might go up after opening.
After that drop and that hammer at the bottom I thought the move was over for a bit and price would come back to the lower Keltner for a recharge to the short side, so I then left my desk (this is a key short signal, as many of you know) to make a quick breakfast and now it's crashing again without me. I apologize to all for not pre-announcing I was leaving my desk.
If you look at the numbers as a whole, it is bad. But if you look at the break down, there is alot of discretionary spending in that report that would seem to suggest that the consumer is not running for cover. I believe we are headed higher from these levels (7395) going into the open. Wish I had the time to sit and trade today.
