one thing i learned since GWBush became potus is to never underestimate the power of potus-on-teleprompter indicator. it trumps over all other indicators/setups.
watch to see if USO clears above the 9:30 OR add: 11:40. on the flip side, the USO OR can push it back down. watch the chop.
