    I know about being distracted and all of that. Sometimes you just have other work that can't wait. And at those times I just take a peak and see if I can find a few crumbs here and there which I did today.

    PP = Pivot Point.

    DOM = Depth of Market which is displayed in the trading module.

    UPDATE 1-Iraq: OPEC sees "acceptable" oil peak at $120
    http://af.reuters.com/article/energyOilNews/idAFLDE72L1IF20110322

    BAGHDAD, March 22 (Reuters) - OPEC believes the oil price is approaching $120 per barrel but unlikely to go higher, a level that is "acceptable" and will not hinder global growth, Iraqi oil minister Abdul-Kareem Luaibi said on Tuesday.

    "Global oil prices are moving towards $120 a barrel. We consider this an acceptable price that will not harm global growth," Luaibi told a news conference in Baghdad.

    "We think the price will not exceed $120 per barrel."

    Oil prices slipped on Tuesday, with Brent crude falling below $115 a barrel as investors betting prices would rise with Western involvement in Libya took profits in anticipation of a slowdown in air strikes.

    Brent crude for May 1 delivery LCOc1 was down 59 cents at $114.37 at 1320 GMT.

    Iraq is a member of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.

    When OPEC talks about the oil price, are they referring to Brent, WTI or the Dubai one? Or perhaps they are referring to spot?

  4. Referring Brent and other grades which are close to real pump prices
    Price they do not bother about day to day price , they talk about general trend for next few months ( not considering few days extreme high/low here and there )

  5. There are several benchmarks and grades that are priced differently at a premium or discount to the benchmark factoring in settlement terms. So they are really talking like a 3rd grade teacher when they talk about the price of oil.
