    yes. The size is too big to leave orders on server and go. I like to babysitte it for SL if needed

    u know there are times the market moves so fast that your ultra fingers and your crappy internet connection wont even be fast enough to see it comming.


    you can post sticky stops without the market seeing em.

    For simplicity and clarity, can we use a shorthand for orders? I suggest the following:

    B = BUY
    S = SELL
    H = SHORT
    C = COVER

    You're still free to write whatever you please, including the longhand, as long as it's clear to everyone else. However I feel it would be to everyone's benefit if we can streamline it.

    In general, it's not mandatory to post SL. You must post SL only in the event that you feel you won't be available to post it later. For example, if you enter long and you will be seeing a doctor in half an hour (provided that you're a daytrader), then you must state your SL.

    What is not acceptable is you don't post your SL and you come back saying that you got out two hours ago at...blah, blah. Well, you get my point.
