It still looks down to me, fwiw. Breaking that .52 is gonna be great! Sure glad I didn't hold out for that 82.40 this morning. :p

stopped and reversed, i guess i am looking for 81.35 at least now.

half off at .23, rest at .35, stop moved to 82.18 to profit..

oops, out at .35... that was too easy. :)

Should you not be in long here??

Edit: I feel like I should give you 1/2 of the last trade. Your timely news made me feel all warm and fuzzy in that trade! In Al Brooks terms, that initial trade was an L2, double reversed(requires 3x initial trade) at .88/.89 (a failed L2, a very high probabilty trade in Brooks estimation) and one I particularly treasure. I am a bit sad he published these things...lol!

Have a great weekend! I think I'll knock off too, before I give anything away. End of month you know!

    All the best,

  10. I went to the bathroom, when I came back I read this which was helpful, but really I also got a long breakout signal. We had a lot of room to run back up so took it for a swing rather than a scalp. My risk vs reward on the trade was very decent, and I was able to not move stops or targets by walking away.

The trade obviously worked out and the breakout had one of my TA indicators confirming. This was real money, and I going back to sim for rest of day to prevent giving it back. What was surprising was this came around the lunch hour. Normally this is dead time.

The good for CL is that if you are right, it really does move much more than ES both up or down. I was originally watching ES, but it was only .50 in a range, after I got long CL, I thought maybe ES has broken up to new highs, but no it was still moving in a .50 range when I got back.
