EMA(50) and Bollinger Bands both point to 74.80 on 5 min chart , we may touch that one if ES holds

 

close and reverse short at 74.64

 

Looks like the tree is about to fall. Would you like me to lend you my bull horn?

NO big drop of equity markets not a single day in this Option expiry week tomorrow.
Every day traders are thinking it will happen next day , if not today.

Since so many people are waiting for big blow of the market that may be the Exact reason it is not happening since 70% of total trading is done by Machines Robots these days ....
Usually Robots trade big drop when Not many people are expecting it ( based on the few days trading patterns ..)

 

For that purpose, I've decided to keep the bull horn for myself.

Just curious. You and I are usually considered stubborn bears, sometimes to our detriment. What made ya think the market will kick up above the June high this time around? (Or have you been secretly attending the incurable-shorties-anonymous without me and finally came out clean? )

Did a quick 10 - 11 tick scalp long, made profit. I am having problems holding longer. I will not be trading on Friday. I guess fear of losing the profit or trade turning into a loss is affecting me. Also, I have to say my CL charts are still pretty messed up using Ninja Trader with Zen Fire with Mirus Live unless we really are getting strange 70 tick spike up and spike down on CL right after I wake up and want to trade it.

For example, if you check the CL futures expiring in November, did it just spike up from 74.60 to 74.88 around 10:45 am PST or 12:45 pm EST on your charts? Did I miss going long and getting a 50 tick move since I did not turn on my computer quicker? It seems the last few days have been seeing this. Been scared I would have a position in the wrong direction and we get a spike.

What's also strange on TV, the price of oil is around 74.60 so my charts seem to have no basis to what TV shows, however, I still got a winning trade on this scalp on strange prices.
