City Forced To Lower Police Testing Standards Because Not Enough Blacks Passed

  1. Street thugs for officers isn't much of a change in status quo. The problem is in the laws which they enforce, and the right which they fail to respect.

    I did write as if I were saying "all", which is taboo to the social scientist, and I almost never mean that. At any rate, there are of course other variables at work. It's really hard to come up with a single theory that explains history. At least I think it is, but what about you, is it easy?

  9. Affirmative action = displace white people (particularly white males).

    Most do not realize how severe the issue is. They mistakenly believe it is just "tilting the scales" when two candidates are equally qualified.

    Folks, blacks get into elite colleges (even decent colleges) with 200 point less average SAT scores. Same achievement gap with grad school scores as well.

    A hiring manager at a public corp (friend) Just had his hiring choice yanked by HR. The candidate was "not diverse" enough, so the hiring process was started over. the HR person made clear the process would not end until a non-white was hired. The funny thing was the person hired (the diverse) person was not even black, but simply non-white. How can this be justified? Whites are a majority here, yet in this fellow's homeland his people are the majority. The anti-white logic is naked once you take the blinders off.

    When I worked for a public corp I saw the same thing many times with my own eyes. I saw the quotas that they pretend do not exist.

    If you understand the logic (displace whites) you must realize IT WILL NOT END until we become unwilling to stand for it anymore. Non-whites will be 100% happy to get preferential treatment as far as they can push it. They will use any psychological tactic to keep getting handouts and favors, there is no defined stopping point (and there will not be with groups that are inherently less intelligent).

    Many entrepreneurial people or highly talented people (like some here) do not care cause they are not impacted. Well, what world do you want your children to grow up in?

    The military is perhaps the nations (worlds?) largest user of psychometric tests. They have studied IQ as it relates to job safety and performance EXTENSIVELY. Not surprisingly, they have found that low IQ people tend to have more accidents and in general "F" up much more often. In combat and other high pressure situations they get people (other than the enemy) killed.

    I believe the average policeman's IQ is 105. The average black american has an IQ of about 85. Folks, handing less intelligent people authority and a gun is never a good idea.

    A society cannot rise above its average population quality. If you do not want your children to live in 3rd world america, you need to wake the hell up and deprogram yourself. We (the public) have been lied to for at least 40 years.
