Has anyone ever interviewed with citadel? Any tips of what they are looking for, questions, tests? This would be a big career move for me any idea what base pay would be? I have 9 years experience in the industry but still feel I would have to start out from the bottom rung there.
what position are you interviewing for? also, what's your experience and how'd you get that interview?
