Partial points are good ; but patriotic+ pro...... can be a winning pattern/ medium, longs term + sometime short term. I did change your post/partial\ but the points still stand. MAcintosh apples tend to drop early\ that can be a good thing for a commercial orchard or simply some one that knows that average apple pattern.
