So after starting some wrist exercise from Youtube, I also ordered this gyroscope powerball, because people recommended it. Well, I am not kidding but after one afternoon toying with it, my elbow pain is kind of GONE! I hope this early post won't jinx it and I should really learn how to use the racket correctly, but this thing is da Bomb!!
