Hmmm... I wouldn't read too much into this. I still have CSCO as a company that can do well through all this Fed BS. They should benefit from the increased IT budgets that are forecasted for the second half of 2013. there is their key analyst meeting tomorrow and wednesday, and I am definitely going to keep an eye on that.
