    Trade 1 Cancelled

    1. 11:01 AM (131.58). Price below 36 SMA? (yes) Short (yes)

    2. Next: 12:00pm EUR German Industrial Production m/m

    3. M2 BB hit? (no*)
    M2 RSI overbought? (no)
    Daily pivot hit? (131.63) (no).

Reason: Never have a signal to go short.

    Comments:

    1. Looking to the past is always easier ... there was a trade to sell at 131.59 (10:24) and buy 131.48 (10:48) but i cant find any fundamental or technical or a chart pattern signal that have make go short.

Status: Step aside with a short bias.

    1. I usually avoid seeing other timeframes but given the lack of signals in the short term ...

    2. It seems to be a strong support in M60 SMA 36 at 131.54 ....

    Random Comments

    1. The market doesn't want to go anywhere.

    2. It's definitively waiting for the 1:45pm EUR Interest Rate Statement (and to less extend the 1:00pm GBP Interest Rate Statement) and specially for the comments of ECB President Trichet at 14:30

    2. In this scenarios my system doesnt work at all.

    15:04 GMT +1 UPDATE

    ECB President Trichet comments

    "Today decision was unanimous"

    1. "Interest increase reflects inflations risks", "Maybe 1 or 2 more hikes to accomodate ... "

    2. ECB is going to intervene to ensure price stability ....

3 2008 EU inflation forecast higher (from summer 2007) ...."Conditions in place for solid growht"

    Random Comments:

    1. The suggestion that more interest rates hikes are coming left me with a mixed flavour. I'm not exactly clear about the outcome for the euro. My felling is shorts for the US session, but I'll wait for confirmations.

    1. If there is a last push down to the 131.15 Area in the next minutes and a pullback after I'm thinking to start trading for the short side ...
