Put who? The pro-russia anti-American (because it couldn’t get an immigration visa) shemale who claims to trade a billion of fx a month (but doesn’t borrow money). or the guy who believes in infinite gamma.
he put me in my place? I put him on my block list. he claims I’m following him but he’s in every friggin thread. He sounds intelligent but it doesn’t take a lot to pull back the curtain and realize he has nothing of interest to say.
Well what do you expect from a religion that tells you that you have already sinned from the moment you were conceived when you haven't done anything except just to have been created by the splitting of cells when a sperm entered an egg? LOL Of course living the life of a pure Christian is impossible. I mean that's the biggest problem that I have with Christianity. I have no problem following the teaching of its deity to do good, to live a positive life, to treat my fellow men with kindness and etc. but to tell me that when I haven't done anything and I am already bad and I have to believe in this religion in order to be rid of this "sin" that I had nothing to do with committing it is f***'ed up. But still to be fair, Christianity, just like any religion in the world, tries to persuade people to lead a positive life and to do good except nowadays this is not what the practitioners of this religion are doing. They are using Christianity as a front to run businesses to make money like this fraudster; they are not religious practitioners; they are businessmen. And this is the problem with religions today is that they are being used as tools to achieve ulterior motives like running businesses and even worse committing terrorism. And they are frankly giving religions a bad name.
Tru dat, there are benefits to religion, especially the social cohesion which comes from that. Unfortunately the dogma that the word (whatever bible/book the group use) is pure, unadulterated God's word, true and not to be questioned, that's the problem. So we have God fighting Satan, good vs evil, what it inspires is aggresiveness in these people: "My religion is right, you other guys are evil and deserve hell, you deserve my contempt". Of course when religous people tell me I'm inferior to them (not said out loud but implied) it gets my back up. Now if religous leaders were lilly white and without fault maybe I'd listen, but unfortunately these bastards are as corrupt as anyone.
I never claimed he is not a smart guy. But he thinks everyone else is lesser educated or less smart than he is. And when he gets corrected he goes all nuclear. Not just once but follows individuals around threads for months. Speaks much more to his lack of self restraint and confidence than anything else. Weirdest thing is that he puts individuals on ignore yet can't help himself to comment about the same individuals. Something about this guy is definitely off. And his infatuation with others' gender makes one wonder how confident he is in his own skin. I could not care less how he identifies himself yet he seems to very much care about how others identify. Funniest part is that he logs out to read my and other ignored users' content because he seems afraid to miss out.
If you had put me on your block list I would not be able to see your content. Either you are too dumb to understand how to block someone or you pay little attention to detail. I guess the latter. He follows me around in every thread, not just posting in regards to others' content but targets me specifically. There is definitely something seriously off about this guy.
Care to explain how 6 months old toddlers or 2 year old kids who have hardly been exposed to any evil or wrongdoing go about each other after minutes playing with other toddlers/kids? Are you claiming that there is no selfishness in our DNA? Then you must be blind.
Really? Everyone? Ok, show us how Timothy Keller was corrupt and evil aside being human like everyone else. You seem to love to pick some corrupted individuals, wolfs in sheep clothing, to generalize about an entire religion. And perhaps explain how it is that Christians by far donate the most to worthy causes, above and beyond any other religion or atheists. Your generalizations can be disproven in a single post.
That's not a sin. That's just children being children. If there is really "evil" in our DNA, believing in a supposed deity and reading a book that's written by somebody that's supposedly existed thousands of years ago is not going to get rid of this "evilness" in the DNA. If you believe that, then you are delusional. But of course you don't. You are just playing devil's advocate to people's posts again. Nice trolling.
I said selfishness. Please read more carefully. I stated that selfishness in young kids is not learned, it's inborn. Next, who claimed that reading a book or believing in God gets rid of sin or "evil"? You made up a story that nobody brought up in the first place. If you understood anything about Christianity then you would know that the claim is that we can't be our own savior nor rid ourselves off sin, hence the need for a savior. Whether one believes that or not is a different story, but this in essence is what scripture in its entirety points toward. And if you equate correcting and counter arguing as trolling then perhaps your skin is too thin to meaningfully participate in an argument.
