  1. Bush came into office in Jan 2001.Q1 Q2 Q3 and Q4 of 2000 were all positive GDP with 4.2 unemployment

That is not leaving an "economy in the dumps" as you stated

When I said you speak b.s. I did not expect you to provide proof with you next quote.

I presented a link with a chart showing gdp to be negative in the first 3 quarters of 2001. then you stated gdp was positive?

Perhaps you would like to explain the discrepancy between your statement and the chart I presented.

Do you not know the difference between 2000 and 2001 ?Bush was president the first 3 quarters of 2001,not Clinton .Bill Clinton's last year in office were all positive GDP

    Q1 Q2 Q3 and Q4 of 2000 *****I repeat 2000***** were all positive GDP with 4.2 unemployment or less

Republicans who blame our current economic crisis on Obama either have short memories or no shame. The GOP owned Washington when it inherited a booming economy and a $155 billion budget surplus. Mr. Obama was not as fortunate. He inherited a broken financial system, a housing market in free fall and a debt that doubled during the Bush years.
