Chris Christie Slaps around Teachers union thugs.

  1. Hello

    Hello

Its about time someone stood up to thse thugs, the average teaching salary is now 55,000 a year in new jersey and they get an automatic 4.9% per year raise. On top of that they dont have to pay anything for full medical and dental coverage, and can hold onto these benefits for life, and retire after 25 years of work.

If you were to calculate full medical and dental on a family of four at roughly 15k a year, which is low balling it, that would put an average teachers salary at about 70k per year, when you combine that with their retirement benefits after 25 years, you would have to earn atleast 150k a year in the private sector to earn what a teacher is making. In order to make 150k a year in the private sector you can bet your ass you also would not be only working 8 months of the year.

The teachers union in new jersey could have taken a 1 year pay freese and paid 1.5% of their salary to their medical coverage, this would have saved the state 700 million, and saved virtually every single teachers job, instead the thugs in the union rejected it and now are facing massive layoffs. These people obviously have no concern for the teachers, or the children, it is only about helping themselves, and raping taxpayers at the same time, for far to long we have allowed teaching unions to use our kids as a pawn in what could only be compared to a hostage negotiation by teachers.

Watch this instand classic where Chris Christie rips this union thug apart.

    Hello

Here Chris Christie is taking another one of these thugs apart, this woman thinks she should make 85k a year plus benefits as a teacher who works 8 months a year. Not only that this woman has the nerve to say she is a teacher because she loves kids after christ christie tells her to quit if she doesnt like it.

I love this guy! Chris Christie 2012.

  3. Congratulations to NJ for electing him. I wish Illinois could get someone like him. [IMG]

  4. Hello

    Hello

I wish every politician was a straightshooter like him, he took a 29 billion dollar budget with an 11 billion dollar deficit which was handed to him by corzine, and fixed it without ever raising a single tax. Here is another video of him socking it to teacher unions.

  5. He is definitely one to keep an eye on. Awesome style!

Some conservatives have recently questioned if he's just another rino based on some of his comments about the mosque and his support for Mike Castle, a guy who voted for cap and trade.

    Time will tell.

Unions are something else, they will ride whatever entity signs their paychecks into bankruptcy and will still be demanding more...

I know a woman that negotiated for a California city with the union. The union, not the city, put it on the table to give the active workers a raise and pay for it by cutting the retirees pay!! She didn't want to do that, it was utterly chickenshit to change the deal the retirees had way, way after the fact but she had to do it to get the deal done... Socialists always wind up throwing the old people on the scrap pile, it will happen massively in the US when they finally can't pay for all that stuff they promised... same shit different bullshit Leftists in charge...

  7. Hello

    Hello

Personally i could care less what he thinks about the mosque, quite frankly with all the other things happening to us it is one of the least of our problems right now.

He has already said without a doubt he will absolutely never run for president, so thats definately a downer.

Excellent clips. And I agree about the mosque bit. He can be a fiscal conservative, a foreign policy moderate, and a social liberal all at the same time without contradiction.

  9. Hello

    Hello

Yep its too bad we dont have more politicians like him, the large majority simply pander to their special interest groups within their party, and nothing ever gets accomplished.

Personally as someone who is 100% a fiscal conservative, i find it absolutely brutal that certain chickenshit republicans would try to make a big deal out of the mosque, or immigration issues he has had a different opinion on when none of them have the balls to actually stand up to the teachers unions the way he has.

The reason most of them dont have the balls is because the teachers unions are absolutely the most vicious union out there, they will run adds against christie for the next 4 years talking about how he doesnt care about children and this and that, when they would be the ones willing to go on strike in a heartbeat if they dont get their way. Then they will turn it into how he hates the children cause they cant continue getting fat raises every year. Like i said earlier, the way teachers unions negotiate, it is basically a hostage negotiation involving our children.

They were the ones who would rather take their raises and lay off teachers, while he came up with a plan to save most of their jobs which would just mean 1 year of sacrifice, which , which shouldnt even really be a sacrifice because corzine blew the budget up the year before with 1 billion extra dollars all at once, which was a 1 time payment from Obama, which is a billion christie simply didnt have, and he was forced to take out of the budget. Plus he wasnt even asking them to take a pay cut simply not to take a raise for a year.

Did he ever say "Sorry Obama for calling you out about that education funding screwup"?
