    where can you get list of those and when is the ipo?

    I do not know where to get just Chinese IPOs, but Ipohome.com has a good list of IPOs every week. Chinese Digital TV is actually a stock that went public this week. It has been going up like crazy today. $12 and is now at $28.18.
