Chinese ADRs

  1. Use the 75% level as a judgement price for entry and exit too. Now you see the value area changed to 33.55 (resistence), and the bottom boundary is at 33.3 (suppport) . It shall find buyers near 33.30 and sellers near 33.55. This CROX could trade in this tight trading range in the next 10-20 minutes untiil bust up or down. Of course, this stock is not a buy on dip setup, this stock is tanking/falling knife, not a typical setup I want to trade. Use Bollinger Band and other indicators to help decisions. I use cross overs on two stochastic indicators as it shown in the bottom of the chart.

  2. Many many trades at $33.30, now this area is the value area and the resistence (as usual, support becomes resistence). If you trade it on bounces from 32s, this area is where you want to sell/go short, hard to pass it without a heavy battle.

  3. $33.35 is the center of gravity for CROX, it is trying to bounce to that area.

  4. Thank you for the play by play on your crox trade. It is extremely helpful. Please continue to contribute.

    I've been riding ATV down for some time (http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=113778)
    .

    It broke its all-time low today and bounced back with the market at the end of day.

    http://finance.yahoo.com/charts#chart9:symbol=atv;range=5d^ixic;

    This company, as I've argued at length on Seeking Alpha,
    (http://seekingalpha.com/article/57627-acorn-international-passing-the-yuan-part-ii)
    is basically paying you to short their shares.

    As with the past drop to AT-lows, I expect a small bounce tomorrow morning as the same buyer responsible for the ridiculous spikes over the past few days tries to hold the price up.

    But there is no bottom in sight.

  7. Same to these Chinese solar stocks, big swings for the day. I mainly traded CSIQ/LDK/CSUN. This CSIQ went down from $24s to $21.06 ($21.16 is the lower Bollinger band on my chart), then bounced up almost $3 to finish near green.

    What's your take? I'm betting we're long from the bottom.
