I made a claim that most people DO NOT speak English (which referred to normal daily conversations not their capability, which I think I made crystal clear in a follow up post) not whether they CAN or are CAPABLE of speaking English. Hey, your own link hints at the possibility that combining all Chinese dialects the number of Chinese speakers could still be higher than all people in this world who are able to speak English do you still think your comment about "could not be more wrong" is still applicable?
