I'm looking for a commercial real estate agent for a sale in GZ, China. Can anyone recommend a firm or shed some some insight on what I should keep in mind while looking for one? I have no experience with real estate dealings nevermind doing business in China. I have already secured the services of a lawyer for the transaction but am looking to screen for a broker. Law firm will look for one but I would like to do some homework on this also. Any advice will be much appreciated. Small Retail unit. And, I'm not there, I'm in Canada. Thanks.
