If there were to be an outright U.S.-China war, Chinese missiles would be able to cripple U.S. forces across the Western Pacific region within hours, Australia-based researchers have warned. Chinese military analysts disagree, saying the U.S. remains the region's superior power. South China Morning Post

  2. No one is going to war...trade war yes but there is no interest in an actual war because mutual assured destruction is still a thing. China can win a trade war easily but no one wins an actual war.

  4. The point is a military war no one wins, if China wants to win a trade war it can do so without mutual destructions. China is opening markets in countries all around the world. if the U.S. makes it cost prohibitive due to tariffs, China devalues the Yuan or simply provides support to exporters. China can grow its exports elsewhere since they have a very short time frame greedy view in trade and never think long term. I was in Panama and Malaysia this year and Chinese goods are growing really fast, especially Huawei and Chinese cars.
