Too long and I LOVE SUGAR!!!! Although reduced 75% recently, not saying I like it. Operation not die of a heart attack, ride my MTB better and get back into climbing and stay the hell away from woman, screws me up to bad!!

If you still crave the taste eat 1 or 2 dates a day (I am not talking about ladies....hahahahaha ), they are much much safer and healthier due to their low glycemic index and good fiber content. Like I said above, here for a good time, not a long time, I rarely drink, I've literally never smoked, I train 6 days per week, I walk/ride pretty much everywhere, I'm keeping my sugar!!!!!
