I had an interview there about a year ago. On the way out the door i saw a trader very angry with them. He told me the first six months they are great then they are total scum. That turned me off, and the OP on this thread what he said makes alot of sense. They did offer my with no money 60% but if i didn't average at least one million shares it wouldn't work for the long haul. Iam glad i didn't choose them at this point
Looks like my memory is a little shot. The firm where i had the interview was not Chimera Capital so my statement on this post is wrong. Please disregard my post on this thread.
