no... not a sex toy hahahaa ...designed to reduce the exploding child population of the 60's and 70's click clacks. idea was to strike the heavy glass objects (acrylic plastic) on the end of the strings until objects were at a very high speed making a loud noise. eventually the glass would explode in your face or you strike yourself in the head with the very heavy glass ends. . . . what were they thinking
