That shit would never have been tolerated under "Old Man Daley's" watch. It would be "shoot to kill" and this kind of shit would be over in a heartbeat. But then again, what more evidence do you guys need that Chicago is on a slippery slope towards the "New Detroit". Just drive a few miles west of the "Magnificent Mile" and you'd think you'd been dropped in a third world shithole. Boarded up crack houses litter the scene.
